1. Service-Based Refunds
As a digital services agency, most of our work is custom and project-based. Our refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project:
- Before project commencement: Full refund of any deposit paid if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of booking.
- After project start (within 7 days): Partial refund (up to 50%) at our discretion, minus work already completed.
- After 7 days or upon project completion: No refund is applicable as services have been rendered in good faith.
2. Retainer & Monthly Services
For ongoing retainer agreements (e.g., monthly SEO, social media management):
- You may cancel your retainer with 30 days written notice.
- The current month's fee is non-refundable if work has already begun.
- Prepaid periods beyond the current month will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
3. Digital Products & Ebooks
Due to the digital nature of our products (ebooks, templates, downloadable assets), all sales are final. However, if a product is faulty or not as described, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
